Employer Sponsored Visas

SJ Migration agents are one of the best migration services with a substantial record of having successfully completed the process associated with employer sponsored visas. At SJ Migration, we provide our services to clients from all over the world, with our assistance in global markets with extensive diversity in terms of employer sponsored visas.

Immigration rules and regulations are constantly changing which is more the reason for relying on the experience of the GML professionals; agents that maintain updated information and exceptional knowledge. Our immigration agents can assess your case and choose the right employer sponsor visa for you.

Normally, there are three steps involved with Employer Sponsored Visas, getting standard business sponsorship, approving nomination and the visa application itself. Because it is quite a complex process with several technical aspects involved, SJ Migration agents have the experienced professionals with the knowledge to take on such matters.

Elements such as ‘Labour Market’ testing requirements and the employment confirmation letter are examples of important items not be overlooked. We can help clients pass obstacles and ensure that the visa application is checked carefully before being submitted.

Available in two streams, the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa is a reimagined version of the old 457 and allows skilled workers to be sponsored by their employer, leading to Permanent Residency only for those applicants that have an occupation within the Medium/Long Term list. The Training Visa allows a worker to come to Australia for up to 2 years to undergo workplace-based training from their employer sponsor. Although this option is not available if your only plan is to work, it is a great option for those who require work-based training, such as for registration or skill-enhancing purposes.
